Account information. When you create an account, we collect information needed to authenticate you and maintain your profile, such as your email address, display name, age confirmation, and sign-in provider details.

Subscription and billing information. If you purchase a premium subscription, payment processing is handled by our payment provider. We may receive limited billing details such as subscription status, plan type, and transaction identifiers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Usage information. We may collect basic technical data needed to operate and secure the service, such as device type, browser, approximate region, and error logs.

UnblockedGPT provides AI chat and related AI features. Some features are available only with a premium subscription.

We do not store chat-related data after generation. Messages and AI responses are processed to deliver the feature you request, then deleted from our systems once generation is complete. We do not maintain a persistent history of your conversations on our servers.

To provide AI responses, your prompts may be transmitted to third-party AI infrastructure providers for the duration of processing only, under contractual and technical safeguards appropriate for that processing.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve UnblockedGPT and its AI features
• Authenticate users and manage accounts
• Process premium subscriptions and provide paid features
• Respond to support requests and legal inquiries
• Protect the security and integrity of the platform
• Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms & Conditions

Where required by applicable law, we process personal data based on one or more of the following grounds: performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations.

UnblockedGPT is offered globally. If you access the service from outside your home country, your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including countries that may have different data protection laws. We take reasonable steps to protect information transferred internationally.

We retain account and subscription information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

As stated above, chat-related content is not retained after generation is complete.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to receive a copy of information we hold about you.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

UnblockedGPT is intended for adults. The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of UnblockedGPT after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
