You must be at least 18 years old to use UnblockedGPT. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

UnblockedGPT provides AI chat and related AI features. Some features are available without charge, and others require a premium subscription.

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for how you use UnblockedGPT and for evaluating any output before relying on it.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Premium features require an active paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown at the time of purchase and may change for future billing periods with notice where required by law.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select until you cancel. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

You may cancel a subscription through the method provided in the product or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but may not immediately remove access until the end of the current paid period, depending on your plan and payment provider rules.

You agree not to use UnblockedGPT to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform, including through automated abuse or scraping
• Use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or exploitative content

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the service in a way that creates risk for us or others.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. As described there, we do not store chat-related data after generation is complete.

UnblockedGPT, including its branding, software, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or its underlying technology.

You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the limited rights needed for us to operate the service, including processing prompts and generating responses.

UnblockedGPT relies on third-party infrastructure, authentication, payment, and AI providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their separate terms and policies.

UnblockedGPT is offered internationally, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available in every country or that all features will be accessible everywhere. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of UnblockedGPT complies with local laws where you access it.

UnblockedGPTis provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnblockedGPT and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to UnblockedGPT will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UnblockedGPT and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may modify UnblockedGPTor these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may stop using UnblockedGPT at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide you with non-waivable rights, those rights remain unaffected.
